Dear All,

We are seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral scientist to join our group at the Centre of Membrane Proteins and Receptors (COMPARE), University of Birmingham, UK.

We are looking for someone with experience in advanced microscopy techniques such as single-molecule microscopy/single-particle tracking and superresolution methods. Programming skills (ideally in Matlab) are a plus.

The successful applicant will join an interdisciplinary team aimed at unraveling the mechanisms of G protein-coupled receptor signaling (GPCR) using advanced optical methods.

The position is initially for 3 years, with possibility of extension.

A position description is available at http://www.jobs.ac.uk/job/BBH857/research-fellow-on-single-molecule-and-superresolution-microscopy/

Application closing date: June 9th 2017

Please do not hesitate to contact me via e-mail ([hidden email]) for further information.

Thank you,
Davide
